OpTiBlend will be launched at Exfor
2010. This software option estimates the mass ratio of pulp species in
an unknown blend, of up to 5 different components, with an accuracy
better than 1%. It can only be used with data files from the
HiRes
FQA [serial numbers starting with LDA02]. Older Classic
FQA models [serial numbers starting with LDA96] may be upgraded to the
HiRes FQA model.

PRODUCT UPDATES
The
OpTiSurf
measures the surface roughness size and intensity on tissue
papers, nonwovens and soft compressible sheets. Tissue paper
applications were presented at several technical conferences in 2009. |
OpTiPro (Optical Pattern
Recognition) software quantifies the intensity, size
and orientation of patterns in paper. The OpTiPro uses images from
the
Paper PerFect Formation Analyzer
or the
Paprican Micro-Scanner.
Contact OpTest for more
information.
